Dublin Airport Logistics Park, Phase 3

In 2016 Rohan Holdings Ltd. appointed Ryan Associates Consulting Engineers as Civil and Structural Engineers for the next phase of speculative development at Dublin Airport Logistics Park. The development comprises more than 180,000 sq.ft in 4 detached high bay warehouses. Industrial floor slabs are to FM2 standard

The building structures are 2 span portal frames with “hit and miss” valley column arrangement to maximise column free space internally. Each building has a two storey office area to the front.

Civil Engineering works include surface water attenuation chambers using the Stormtech system.

Given the speculative nature of the development and it’s timing after a long and deep recession economy of the final design while ensuring quality has been the prime consideration.
